I won’t tell you do more cardio or to cut out carbs. In fact, I will probably tell you to prioritize other things first and give you strategies on how to approach nutrition, the right way! You don’t have to work harder to feel more energized, have stable energy, less cravings, and just feel leaner. You just have to be smarter about it.

Will I lose weight in FUEL?
While a 5-pound weight loss is common for some women in this program. However, results will still vary as it's very individual. It's important to understand the goal with FUEL is to restore metabolism and to teach you the foundation on how to fuel yourself adequately for resilient energy, balanced moods, improved sleep, increased strength, and more confidence around food and your choices. Once you graduate from FUEL, you'll be provided an opporunity to bridge into private weight loss coaching with Julie.
Will we be tracking calories? Will we need to weigh ourselves?
No, unless you want to. You will be provided with a simple framework on what to eat in a day and that's what you'll focus on. And, measurements are totally up to you! You will be asked to input your meals daily so that you can get feedback to build more awareness and confidence.
Is there a vegetarian menu?
Yes, there is!
Will I need to purchase anything else for the program?
No, there is nothing that I will be asking you to purchase. However, there may be ingredients in the meal plan that you may not have but it's totally up to you on what to buy. There will be a basic supplement plan that could enhance your results but they're not necessary.
What is your refund policy?
