What else do I need to buy to see results with your program?
You are provided with a supplement plan that will amplify your results, but they are suggestions, and not necessary to be successful on our program. The other recommendation is a protein powder.
What if I don't like it? Can I get a refund?
Refunds are provided within two weeks of the program and from those that actively participate by completing accountability forms and journals.
When can I expect to see results?
Here is the deal. There is no ‘perfect timeline’ to see results. As women, we have been condition to believe we can lose 5 lbs in 30 days, 20 lbs in 6 weeks. The reality is that every woman is different. And, as you head into your 40's and beyond, the goal should be long-term healthy lifestyle and sustainable results. You may notice a difference in as little as 3 days or maybe longer.
Do I need to go to the gym with your program?
No. Movement is encourage but it doesn't need to be in a gym.There are two ways to burn fat - through diet or exercise with diet being the most powerful. However, a key pillar to the success in this program is movement. You will be provided with a movement plan based on your goals and your schedule as it will help speed things up.
What if it gets hard and I want to quit?
Going on a transformational journey isn’t always easy but it’s extremely rewarding. This is also why a key piece to this program is mindset and planning and why I am your accountability buddy for the duration of the program.
